The management staff of the Rusunawa State University of Surabaya consists of the Chairman, Secretary, and two Administrative-Operational Staff. The chairman and secretary of the Rusunawa are appointed by Unesa Chancellor based on SK Number 038/UN38/HK/KP/2022 Regarding the Appointment of the Surabaya State University Student Dormitory Management Officer in 2022 dated January 3, 2022 and valid until December 31, 2022. The Head of Rusunawa has the task of carrying out Rusunawa management coordination. Rusunawa's secretary has a duty to help Rusunawa management coordination. Apart from the chairman and secretary, Rusunawa also has 2 (two) administrative-operational staff in charge of implementing Rusunawa's administrative and operational routines. One staff is Unesa civil servant while others are BPU contract employees.
